1. The suction of the suction nozzle of the folding machine is greater than that of the suction wheel, adjust the suction valve or remove the suction piece.
2. The needle valve on the suction nozzle is not open, lower the collision screw.
3. The gap between the end face of the suction wheel and the air inlet is too large, adjust the gap to 0.2mm.
4. The suction time of the solenoid valve is too short or too long, the work is bad, and the synchronous detection inductor is not working. Adjust the pulse, control the inhalation time, change the solenoid valve, and adjust the synchronizer.
5. The suction wheel is too far away from the paper pile, adjust the electric eye so that the distance between the suction wheel and the paper pile is 3-5mm.
6. The paper stopper under the suction wheel is too high so it is 3-5mm away from the suction wheel.
7. The main air blower is too small, and the paper is not close to the suction wheel. Increase the air pump of the hybrid folding machine to blow air or adjust the air blow valve.
8. The paper pile is too close to the pull gauge, and the product hits the paper so that there is a 5-8mm distance between the paper pile and the pull gauge.
